I've had it for about 3 months and am very pleased for the price. Cost @ under $10 seems pretty reasonable, and expectations should factor into the cost paid. It did come with some scratches on it, and it does perform at a lower rate than my other new batters (bought new) but I'd say it is close maybe 85% of the capacity. Its a good backup, nothing wrong with not paying a bunch for it.
This product works, but shows obvious signs of usage when purchased from Accessory One. This is the actual battery from RIM Blackberry. It does not hold charges like a new battery, and thereby shows another sign of wear and tear.
By biggest concern when ordering off the Internet is if equipment if truly OEM. This is.
When i checked the cost to return the item it is more then i paid for the darn battery. When I contacted the company to replace the item they instructed me to send it back and they would replace it. Most people that need new batteries for there phones need them for a reason. After recieving the item at an immediate glance I realized that it is used. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I will never buy anything from them again.BL They also said that ALL of there items are new.
they most certainly do not want to replace there existing used battery with a battery used by someone else. While ordering this battery i was under the impression that it was new. The battery has pen marks on it, as well as scratches. So I guess I am forced to keep it.
The vendor was excellent. This product is the identical one and far cheaper than purchasing at Verizon stores. I received my purchases quickly.
